You do not need to know every NFL player to have fun. No Kicks Given is beginner-friendly by design. Here's everything you actually need to know.

The Draft

We begin September 1 at 7:30 PM Eastern. You have up to 8 hours for each selection. You do not have to use all 8 hours.

When you're on the clock, choose an available NFL player and that player becomes part of your roster.

PPR means Point Per Reception. Every completed catch by one of your players earns an additional fantasy point.

That makes pass-catching running backs and high-volume receivers especially useful.

Sleeper shows which starting positions you need to fill. Our league puts extra emphasis on receivers with 3 WR spots and 2 FLEX spots.

FLEX positions let you use eligible RB, WR, or TE players depending on the slot shown in Sleeper.

Your bench holds players who are on your roster but are not currently in your starting lineup.

We have 7 bench spots and 3 IR spots for eligible injured players.

Before games begin, make sure healthy players are in your starting lineup and players on bye weeks or ruled out are moved out.

Sleeper shows injury designations, projections, news, and upcoming opponents.

Players who are not on anyone's roster can often be added through waivers or free agency.

Sleeper handles the actual waiver timing and availability according to our league settings.

You can offer players to another manager in exchange for players from their roster.

Sleeper manages the offer, acceptance, and league transaction.

There is no kicker and no team defense in this league.

We came here for offense, terrible lineup decisions, and group-chat consequences.
